MYNA is hosting a thrilling 4 on 4 brother’s hockey tournament and we need YOU! Pick and create your own team consisting of five players and face off with five other teams to claim the title of the MYNA Toronto Hockey Champs! Do not miss out on this opportunity to build and strengthen your Muslim brotherhood and spirit not only with your teammates but also with your opponents. Food will be served at the end of the tournament and refreshments will be provided to each team.

IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A TEAM SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT, YOU MUST SEND AN E-MAIL TO BROTHER AHMED SALEH. THE E-MAIL SHOULD INCLUDE:
- Name of team members along with their age, phone number and emergency contacts
- Team Name and Team Captain Name
- Status of payment
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT TEAMS IS JANUARY 24TH
ANYTHING AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
* Each team must have a minimum of 5 players per team or a maximum of 7 players per team
** Each team must bring their own hockey sticks and goalie equipment
