Pick and create your own team consisting of 4 players and face off with 17 other teams
to claim the title of the MYNA Toronto Basketball Champs! Do not miss out on this
opportunity to build and strengthen your Muslim brotherhood and spirit not only
with your teammates but also with your opponents. Food will be served.

IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A TEAM SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT, YOU MUST SEND

- Team Name and Team Captain Name
- Status of payment
* Each team must have a minimum of 3 players per team or a maximum of 4 players per
